Account Booster is a Chrome extension that lets you work in your CRM sub-account directly from Chrome's side panel. This Privacy Policy explains what information Account Booster collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and the choices available to you.
To connect Account Booster to your CRM sub-account, you enter a license key, such as:

When Account Booster first runs, the extension generates a random browser identifier. This identifier is not derived from your computer hardware.
The extension also stores a simple browser label, such as:

These identifiers help limit a license key to a specific browser.
When the extension checks in with our service, we record:
The date and time of the request
The IP address associated with the request
The license key associated with the request
This information allows the owner of the relevant CRM sub-account to see when a license key was last used and helps us operate and protect the service.
We may record events relating to license keys and the Account Booster installation, including:
License key creation
License key activation
License key reveal
License key renaming
License key revocation
License key activation in a browser
License key release from a browser
License check-ins
Refused or rejected license requests and the reason
Account Booster installation
Account Booster uninstallation
Plan changes
These events may include the date and time of the event and, for license-related events, the IP address associated with the event.
If an automation in your CRM sends a Notify Browser alert, Account Booster temporarily stores the notification so it can be delivered to your browser.
This may include:
Notification title
Notification message
Related contact ID
Optional link
Notification content is retained for no longer than 3 days and is then deleted.
When you use Account Booster to interact with your CRM, certain information must pass through our service so we can complete the requested action.
For example, when you:
Open a contact
Read or send a message
Move an opportunity
Book an appointment
the extension communicates with our service, and our service communicates with your CRM platform on your behalf.
This may include information such as:
Contact names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Messages
Opportunities
Appointments
Other CRM information necessary to complete your requested action
This information is passed through our service to display information or perform the action you requested.
We do not store this CRM data, create profiles from it, or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the requested Account Booster functionality.
We do not:
Sell or rent your personal information
Share your information with advertisers
Share your information with data brokers
Use advertising identifiers in the extension
Use tracking pixels in the extension
Use analytics to track your browsing activity
Read or monitor the websites or pages you browse
Monitor other Chrome tabs
Account Booster does not use content scripts and cannot access the content of other tabs.
Account Booster uses Chrome's extension storage to store certain information locally, including:
Your license key
Your browser identifier
Your browser label
Your most recent license status
When you select Sign Out, the extension forgets the license key and license status stored on that browser.
The randomly generated browser identifier remains so that the same browser can be recognized if a license key is entered again.
Removing the Account Booster extension deletes the information stored locally by the extension.
On Our Servers
Our servers store the information described in the Information We Collect section of this Privacy Policy.
We use collected information only as necessary to operate, secure, and provide Account Booster.
This includes using information to:
Verify that a license key is valid
Determine whether a license key is authorized to operate
Associate a license key with a permitted browser
Deliver browser notifications
Show license owners relevant license and installation activity
Prevent unauthorized use and abuse
Maintain and secure the service
Complete actions requested through the extension
We do not use CRM information that passes through our service to create advertising profiles or for unrelated purposes.
Account Booster communicates with your CRM platform on your behalf.
CRM access credentials do not reach the browser. They remain on our server and are used to communicate with the CRM platform as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Your use of the CRM platform remains subject to the CRM provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose information when required to do so by applicable law, legal process, court order, or governmental request.
License and Activity Data
License records and related activity history are retained while Account Booster is installed on the relevant CRM sub-account and for:

Notification content is retained for a maximum of 3 days and is then deleted.
Uninstalling Account Booster does not immediately delete license records stored on our servers.
This allows your existing setup to be restored if Account Booster is installed again on the same CRM sub-account.
You can control your Account Booster data and access in several ways.
You can revoke a license key from within the Account Booster application at any time.
Once revoked, the associated browser will no longer be able to use that key.
You can use Sign Out in the extension to remove the license key and license status stored locally on that browser.
Removing Account Booster from Chrome deletes the information stored locally by the extension.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Account Booster.
Communication between the Account Booster extension and our service is protected using HTTPS.
CRM access credentials do not reach the browser and remain on our server.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account Booster is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children.
We do not knowingly design Account Booster to collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Account Booster, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make a material change, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
For significant changes, we may also notify license owners through the Account Booster application.
