CRM extension

See how the Account Booster Chrome extension is used across your sub-accounts. Check plan usage, manage license keys for each enabled sub-account, and review recent key and sub-account activity.

Choose which sub-accounts can use the Account Booster Chrome extension. Turning one on adds a "Chrome Extension" menu link to its sidebar; turning it off stops its keys and removes the link.

Three tiles summarize the extension: sub-accounts enabled against your plan limit, the number of active keys, and how many sub-accounts are still available to turn on.

Lists each enabled sub-account with its key count. Open one to see how many browsers its keys use out of the allowed number and to manage each key.

Create a new license key for a sub-account. Give it a name and a reason, then copy the full key once and paste it into the Account Booster extension.

Each key shows its name, masked key, status badge, browser, last seen time, who created it and why. Keys that are not active show a short explanation.

Click a key's name to edit it in place. Press Enter or click away to save, or Escape to cancel.

Reveal copies an active key's full value to your clipboard. Every reveal is recorded in Recent activity.

Release frees a key from the browser it is tied to, so the same key can be used in another browser.

Revoke permanently stops a key. You are asked for a reason, the key stops working straight away, and it cannot be restored.

A log of key and sub-account events across the agency, with who did it, the browser, IP address, reason and time. Shows 50 events at a time with Load more.

Switch Recent activity between Changes (key and sub-account changes), Connections (browser activations, check-ins and refusals) and Everything.

Turn on the Chrome extension for a sub-account. This also adds a "Chrome Extension" menu link to that sub-account's sidebar.

Turn off the extension for a sub-account after confirming. Its keys stop working right away and its sidebar link is removed, but the keys are kept and come back if you turn it on again.

Shows whether an enabled sub-account has the "Chrome Extension" menu link in its sidebar. Add menu link creates it; clicking the Menu link badge re-creates it.

Filter the sub-account list by name or sub-account ID as you type.

Reload the sub-account list, their on/off state and the plan counter.

Opens the Account Booster listing in the Chrome Web Store in a new tab, where users install the extension.

Shows how many sub-accounts are enabled out of the plan limit. When the limit is reached, a notice names the next plan and Turn on is disabled for the rest.
