Menu Controller

Add your own links to the left menu of your sub-accounts. Give each link a title, URL, open mode, user role and icon, choose all or specific locations, and manage existing links in one table.

Rename, re-icon, reposition or hide items in the main left menu for every account. Open the Menu Customization Center to edit or hide items and review all your changes in one place.

Add your own tool buttons to the top navigation of app pages such as Opportunities, Marketing, Sites, Conversation, Calendars and Contacts. Pick a page, add tools with a name and link, switch them on or off, and save.

Add quick-link tabs to the settings sidebar so users can jump to support, tools or your own URLs. Open the Menu Manager to add, edit, search and delete settings tabs.

Manage and control custom navigation links across your agency and locations. Enable or disable menu items, organize them by category, and control visibility based on scope. Manage both agency-level (management) and location-level menu links.

Create and manage custom navigation links for individual locations with configurable titles, icons, open modes, and role-based access permissions.

Create a custom menu link with a required Menu Title and an optional Destination URL, then click Create Link. If you leave the URL empty, a dynamic redirect URL is generated for you.

Set Open Mode to Iframe so the custom menu link opens embedded inside the app view. Choose it in the Open Mode buttons when creating or editing a link.

Pick the icon shown next to your custom menu link from the icon grid, with a search box to find icons by name. The selected icon is shown above the grid.

Choose who sees the custom menu link: All Users, Admins Only or Standard Users.

Show the link in every sub-account with Apply To All Locations, or turn it off to search for and tick specific sub-accounts.

See all tools you added to the page navigation, grouped by page (for example Opportunities, Sites, Marketing), with the number of tools on each page and in total.

Choose a page in Select Page - Opportunities, Marketing, Sites, Conversation, Calendars and Contacts or a custom page - to see its tools. Each tool has edit and delete buttons; pages that already have tools are marked (Configured).

Click Manage Tools to open Location Tools Configuration, where you list, add and edit navigation tools using the All Tools, Edit Tool and Add Tool tabs.

Add a tool to a page's navigation. Choose the page category, enter a name, pick a URL type (an app or a custom URL), keep Enabled ticked and click Add Tool.

Change an existing navigation tool: click its edit button in All Tools, update the category, name, URL or Enabled setting, and click Save Changes.

Start customizing the settings sidebar from the Manage Settings Menu Tabs card. Click Open Menu Manager to add, edit or remove settings tabs.

Add a new tab to the settings sidebar: click Add Menu Item, enter a Tab Name, choose the link type and click Save.

Link a settings tab to any web page by choosing Custom URL and entering the address, or to one of your apps by choosing Apps and picking the app.

Point a settings tab to a built-in help destination: Support Chat, AI Support, Installed Apps, Videos, Onboarding, FAQs or Documents.

See all settings tabs in the Manage Settings Menu window with their name and link. Search the list, edit a tab with the pencil, or delete it after confirming.
