Build and manage the knowledge base your sub-accounts see. Organize content into categories, subcategories and asset packs, add articles, onboarding tasks, quizzes, media and FAQs, choose what each sub-account can see, and track usage on the Dashboard.

See every product update in one timeline, grouped by date. Search and filter the list, open an entry to read the details, choose which entries your sub-accounts see, and add your own change logs.

Control how the knowledge hub reaches your sub-accounts: set up its custom menu link, choose which locations and user roles see it, connect a white-label domain, set the default language, and choose whether the knowledge and support hubs use separate menu links.

Configure how the Knowledge Base looks for your locations: open it on the Home Page or the Dashboard, add your own quick-access cards to the Home Page, and choose which sections the location Dashboard shows.

Turn asset feedback on or off, choose how users rate assets (Five Star, Out of Ten or Emoji), and review all feedback responses with filters for type, location and date.

Control the appearance, behavior, and placement of tooltip (Guide) buttons across your company. Enable or disable the tooltip button, change its label, and adjust styling such as colors, typography, borders, shadows. Define where the button appears on the screen, with theme preferences for resources like videos, screenshots, and knowledgebase content.

Get a complete overview of your knowledge base performance, engagement, and content growth in one place. This module tracks key metrics across assets, articles, onboardings, quizzes, FAQs, and media files.

Manage guided tours for each page path of the app. See totals for paths, videos, tooltips and screenshots, add your own paths, and open a path to manage its asset packs, tooltip steps, screenshots and videos.

Choose which language version of the knowledge base content you see and edit. The choice is remembered and kept in the page link.

Browse the asset packs in a subcategory. Each card shows how many steps, media files, docs, quizzes and FAQs it holds. Open a pack, add your own, or hide packs from your sub-accounts.

The Articles tab of an asset pack. Search, view, create, edit and delete written articles for your sub-accounts.

The Onboarding tab of an asset pack. Create onboarding task categories and add steps to them. A step can be Simple, a Task linked to a page path, or Media.

Add helpful videos to your LaunchPad to guide users through setup, onboarding, and key features.

Provides a detailed KPI summary metric card under the Knowledge Base Dashboard – Asset Packs (Content Library) panel that tracks total published asset packs alongside short-term weekly and monthly growth velocity.

Each change log entry has a Visible / Hidden button. Click it to hide the entry from your sub-accounts or show it again. The change applies to your company only.

Open Filters and pick a From Date and a To Date to show only the change logs released in that period.

Search change logs by title, feature or description. The timeline shows only the matching entries, and Clear all resets the search and filters.
