This is the first thing the system checks. You must provide the legal and operational details of your Agency. • Navigate to: Agency Settings > Company Profile . • Action: Fill in the Company Name , Legal Business Name , and Business Email . • Advanced Tip: Use a professional email (e.g., support@youragency.com ) rather than a Gmail address. This email will be the "Default From Email" for many system notifications.
